Developed a large-scale digital certification and verification platform for a national government agency, capable of managing millions of records and supporting hundreds of thousands of authorized users. The system leverages blockchain technology to issue secure, tamper-proof certificates and fully replace manual processes with streamlined digital workflows. Contributed across the stack, including backend development, frontend implementation, complex database migrations, and blockchain integration, ensuring the platform’s high availability, security, and scalability.

Led a team of five Android developers in building and optimizing a social media platform for a startup, featuring digital currency rewards for user interactions, an integrated online marketplace, digital wallet, and real-time chat. Joined mid-project and implemented extensive code optimizations to significantly reduce APK size, improved API integrations, and cut serverless API costs from $9,000 to $2,500 through performance and resource usage optimizations.

Developed mobile and backend systems for an application featuring location-based content sharing, chat, and an AI-powered smart feed. Includes community spaces and a moderated news bulletin. Worked within a SAFe Agile train of eight cross-functional teams, applying Agile practices to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions.

Developed a Dart-based application using the RTP streaming protocol to connect content creators with their audiences in real time. Designed for interactive live streaming with low latency, supporting both creators and viewers across platforms, and enabling features such as live engagement and audience interaction tools.

Led the Android tribe in rebuilding a broadband companion app to enhance account management, usage insights, and user onboarding. Delivered significant performance and stability improvements, enabling the brand to scale to millions of users. Operated within a SAFe Agile train of six cross-functional teams, driving sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and feature planning. Oversaw app release management and uploads to Google Play Store.

Built a self-service ordering kiosk integrated with a central server for product listings, pricing, and payment gateway connectivity. Deployed across multiple restaurants in the US. Part of a three-developer team responsible for the entire system, from development to deployment.

Developed a location-based platform for finding and scheduling video consultations with veterinarians, featuring chat, appointment reminders, and medical history management. Part of the team of 2 developers working closely with the client to design, build, and deliver the entire application.

Built a location-based store finder for a major national retailer, allowing users to locate the brand’s stores as well as competitor locations without their products. Provided insights for market penetration strategies. Implemented using GraphQL, serverless architecture, AWS services, and REST API integrations.
